Relations Director

Mohamed A. Khalif

Mohamed A. Khalif has served as Puntland University’s relations director since 2020, developing and executing strategies to build a positive image for the University. The University has also been able to take advantage of his expertise to develop fully integrated strategies that promote development. Moreover, Mohamed leads the University’s business development division, which works to deepen and expand its partnerships, capitalize on its strengths, garner new financial support, and maximize its potential. By directing and overseeing all public relations efforts, the director ensures quality, consistency, and adherence to PUST’s brand and strategic plan. 

Before joining Puntland University of Science and Technology, Mohamed was the Deputy Executive Director of Shaqodoon Organization. He successfully aligned the organization’s strategy, human resources, programme structure, financial management, planning, and monitoring and reporting to help achieve its objectives. In addition to his experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, Mohamed is completing his Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies at Royal Roads University with a concentration in Global Leadership and Organizational Management.
